Subtiter video review interface with video player, subtitles preview, and review checklist

Review is the quality-control step. Watch the full subtitled video, check for timing issues and typos, compare multiple style outputs if you generated more than one, and confirm you're happy before proceeding to payment.

1 Find your generated video

Once subtitle generation is complete, your subtitled video(s) appear in the dashboard. Each generated style appears as a separate tab or entry -you can see the style name and status (Processing or Ready) for each. Click a video entry to open the preview player. If generation is still in progress, the status will show "Processing" -wait until it changes to "Ready."

2 Play the full preview

Use the in-app video player to watch the entire video with burned-in subtitles. The player supports play/pause, scrubbing, and full-screen. Pay attention to the timing, readability, and overall look. Watch the beginning, middle, and end -don't skip sections. If you generated multiple styles, you can click between different style versions to compare them side by side and pick your favorite.

3 Make final adjustments (if needed)

If something is off -a typo in a word, a line that appears too early or too late, or a color that doesn't look right -you have options:

  • Go back and regenerate with different colors, try a different position, or select entirely new styles without re-uploading the video.
  • Edit the transcript text directly (if the app shows an edit option) and regenerate.
  • Export the SRT file, fix timing or text in any text editor, and re-upload the corrected SRT.

4 Proceed to payment and download

When you're satisfied, click the payment / download button. You only pay for the final version you want to download. This takes you to the Payment step where you buy a video pack and get immediate access to download your final subtitled video.

Review checklist

Run through this checklist before you pay to make sure everything is right.

1.
Timing & sync

Subtitles appear and disappear in sync with the spoken words. No long gaps or overlapping lines.

2.
Readability

Text is easy to read on every scene. Colors contrast well with the video background. Font size is not too small.

3.
Spelling & wording

AI transcription is accurate. Check for wrong words, names, or technical terms that may need manual correction.

4.
Style & position

The chosen style matches your content. Position (top / center / bottom) doesn't cover faces or key visuals.

5.
Overall look

Watch at least the beginning, middle, and end. Does the video feel polished and ready to publish?

Best practices

Watch the full video - Don't skip sections. Timing and accuracy can vary throughout the video, especially in longer content.

Compare styles - If you generated multiple styles, preview each before deciding. A different style may work better than expected.

Check proper nouns - AI may misspell names, brands, or technical terms. Scan through the subtitle text for these specifically.

Preview on mobile - If your audience watches on phones, check readability at a smaller screen size before finalizing.
